Proof of work

Five-plus hours back per operator, every week.

One project I built at Meta returned more than five hours each week to every operator using it. More than 75 people used it.

Operational build · Meta · 75+ operators

The job

The project targeted recurring operational work that people were handling themselves each week. The measure was time returned per person, not a projection across the team.

What I built

I designed and built the AI work using n8n, Claude, and internal tools. I built the first parts personally, then trained internal implementers to keep building the program.

Time returned

5+ hours per person

Every week, across more than 75 operators. That is at least 375 hours returned to the group each week.

What carries over

The Meta build itself is not for sale. What carries over is the operating approach: measure the repeated work at the person level, build around the tools already in place, and teach internal builders how to carry it forward.
